Kevin Gold, "Partner" in Rhoads & Sinon Law Firm in Harrisburg where he specializes in employment and labor practices. He serves as a founding member of the technology/intellectual property law group, and is a frequent lecturer and writer on labor, employment, and intellectual property and technology issues.
Vice Chair
L. Mohun Kapur "Business Development Manager" for Infotech Consulting in Mechanicsburg, PA. Infotech is a premier provider of information technology services in Central Pennsylvania. He is currently part of the sales and business development team, and manages a number of key accounts, including several large departments at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Treasurer John Klingler-John opened Klingler & Associates, P.C. in Carlisle, PA in September 2005. Prior to this, he was a shareholder in a local accounting firm. He has been a CPA since 1981.
John's experience includes accounting and auditing, income tax preparation and consulting, and small business development. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is on the Advisory Board of the Murata Business Center, Treasurer of the Carlisle Area Personnel Association, and a Board member of the Downtown Carlisle Association. He also volunteers at Harrisburg Area Community College's business development program, The Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies.
John attained an Associate in Arts degree from Harrisburg Area Community College in 1976 and graduated from Penn State University - Harrisburg with a BA degree in accounting in 1978.

Client Committee- Pam Martin "South Central PA Regional Director" for Ben Franklin Technology PArtners. Pam spent 17 years in the software development industry, leaving big corporate life as a Sr. Vice President. She has been involved in 4 start-ups. Two were successful and have since been sold. As Regional Director, she identifies companies with likely growth potential, leads the investment due diligence and leverages resources to help the companies grow and become self-sustaining.
Marketing Committee- Barb Rose "VP of Marketing" at an early stage authentication company called Passfaces Corporation. She is responsible for the marketing and public relations strategy and execution and is heavily involved in the development of a rapidly growing sales channel. Barb has more than 10 years experience in high tech public relations and marketing. At ICSA, later known as TruSecure, the leading Internet Security provider she drove the company's public relations efforts from 1994-2000.
Barb then held senior marketing and public relations positions with advertising agencies where she represented a variety of clients including both tech and non-tech organizations. Her responsibilities included planning and execution of PR and marketing plans as well as client recruitment.
Barb then joined anti-spyware company PestPatrol, as the first employee. Barb's innovative approach to both marketing and public relations helped to jump start this early stage company. Her experience and knowledge of the security industry was key to the successful growth, and later acquisition of PestPatrol. Having been successful working in start-ups and taking them to the next level, she was then employed as a marketing manager for Computer Associates, Int., Inc., in their security division.
Strategic Planning Committee - John McGreevy " Chief Financial Officer" of Brenner Family of Dealerships, a family owned automobile dealership located in Central PA. His responsibilities include financial, legal, information technology and human resources for the group.
Facilities Committee-Rich Moore "Cumberland County Administrator". Rich, represents Cumberland County Commissioner Gary Eichelberger. He has extensive background in Education and Educational Administration, Management of large scale manufacturing operations, management of large scale domestic and international logistics/distribution operations, domestic and international real estate development and sales, and elected and appointed governmental positions in Cumberland County.
Graduation Committee-Jonathan Cox Recently graduated from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. He is an associate of Rhoads & Sinon in Harrisburg, PA. Jonathan previously spent 2 yrs working as geologist at US Geological Survey in Golden, Colorado, and spent 5 yrs working as a network engineer for Qwest Communications, Denver, Colorado
Dave Black " President and CEO", Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC, He represents the three county regions in economic development and business relations. Creates business partnerships, grows business in the region through expansion and solicitation of new businesses. He has also led the development and implementation of Governor Ridge's Keystone Opportunity Zones, the PA Community Development Bank, the Governor's Center for Local Government Services and other innovative community building initiatives at DCED.
Jessica Flory "Business Consultant, Shippensburg Small Business Development Center" Jessica has been a business consultant with the Shippensburg University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) since its inception in January 2007. The Shippensburg University SBDC serves entrepreneurs and small business owners in Franklin, Adams, Cumberland, and York counties.

Sean Shultz -Carlisle Borough Council Member- Councilman Sean Shultz first served on Borough Council in 2005 when he was appointed to fill a vacancy. He then went on to serve on the Carlisle Borough Municipal Authority until he was elected back to Borough Council in 2007.
Sean has volunteered for numerous organizations in the Carlisle area. He has served several years on the board of directors of Carlisle Summerfair, presiding as chairman in 2005 over its first financially successful year in many years. Sean is president of the Cumberland County Young Professionals and has served as a Carlisle Area United Way Community Investment Panel Member. As president of the American Literacy Corporation, Sean has worked to advance children's literacy in the Carlisle area and beyond. Councilman Shultz is an attorney practicing with the Carlisle area firm, Knight & Associates, P.C., and is solicitor (legal counsel) for Upper Mifflin Township.
On Borough Council, Sean is vice president and chairperson of the Public Works Committee.

Doug Wisehaupt-"Vice President of Human Resources", Ollie's Bargain Outlet- Doug was the former Chief Operating Officer of Arcus LLC, an information technology staffing and consulting firm based in Harrisburg. Prior to Arcus, Doug had a 15 year career in commercial banking. Doug held position of Vice President of Corporate Banking for Fulton Bank, Mellon Bank and Barnett Bank of Florida.
Doug attended Penn State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Doug received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown University.
