The Murata Business Center, a 34,000 square foot facility, is located on four acres in Carlisle, PA., in South Central Pennsylvania.  The facility is designed to house up to 28 businesses using flexible office and light manufacturing spaces.

• Utilities such as electric and heat are included with rent

• The latest technology provided includes: high speed internet (T1 line & DSL line bound together providing  6.5Mbps down, and 2.25Mbps up. This arrangement provides for redundancy in the event of an outage.  An internal VOIP( Voice Over IP) phone system allows clients to integrate a fully functional PBX system at a fraction of the cost.  This is a scalable system, meaning that phones or lines can be added as needed quickly.  Additionally each system can be easily moved upon graduation from the Center.

• Some basic furniture is available from time to time.  Clients may use the furniture while they are located within the Center at no cost.  Upon graduation or departure from the Center the furniture remains as part of the Center.
  
  
• The janitorial contractor is available to clean the Client's suite at an additional cost
