THE MURATA PROCESS
Our goal is to ensure the stability of every company that is located at the Murata Business Center. We have developed a process that begins the two way communication of support the company's needs to succeed.
THE MURATA PROCESS
FIRST, we request a personal interview with the Executive Director to discuss your dreams and ambitions. The staff needs to understand if your company would be a good fit at Murata. A tour of the facility is available at any time. Introductions to other company clients located at Murata may be provided, if time allows.
SECOND, you submit an application. You begin to develop your business plan. Assistance is available for developing your business plan through other tabs within the Murata website and also with an additional meeting with the Executive Director.
THIRD, you will be asked to present your company and your business plan to the Client Committee. The Client Committee consists of businesspersons who are Murata board members. Questions will be asked of you regarding your concept, your financial and operational needs.
FOURTH, the Murata Executive Director will contact you to suggest either to choose an office suite space and sign a lease, or to set an appointment to continue with more preparation for your business development. If we find that you are not yet ready to join The Murata Incubator, we provide counseling assistance to prepare you further.
FIFTH, your company will be expected to meet with the Executive Director and the Client Committee at least two times a year to review your progress. Financial information will be reviewed as well.
Our process is designed, at each step, to determine the exact support your business idea needs to continue to the next step. If, at any time, your idea does not proceed with the next step, you will be offered the opportunity to meet with the Executive Director to evaluate additional opportunities.
